1) Brief information about BDS Course:-

                       BDS stands for Bachelor of Dental Surgery BDS is a pre-degree course of five years duration.BDS is the most popular degree for a dentist and is the only academic and professional course in dental surgery.
             If you want to give good treatment to the patients then you should do this course properly. Nowadays people's living conditions have changed a lot People's consumption of fast food has increased so much that people are facing many dental problems so they go to Siddhant Vaidya for dental treatment.This course is in high demand because there are so many students with dental problems and so so many dentists to treat them.

2) Educational Qualification for admission to BDS Course:- 

• Students must have passed 12th to get                 admission in BDS course.
• Also, it is necessary to pass from 12th science     stream 
   i.e. PCB  (Physics, Chemistry, Biology )with         these subjects.
• Student must have passed 12th with minimum 
   50% marks.
   SC ST OBC reserved students should have
   minimum 40% marks in 12th.

3) Entrance test conducted for admission to BDS
     course:-

•To get admission in the PDF course one has 
  to clear the NEET National Eligibility Entrance
  Test.
•The NEET exam is conducted by the National        Testing Agency ,Almost all colleges offer              admission to BDS courses only on the 
  basis of NEET entrance exam results
•NEET entrance exam is of total 720 marks 
  in which each question carries four marks.
  This exam has negative marking system
  method.
•The total duration of the NEET exam is 
  three hours and twenty minutes,
•the exam is divided into three parts and a total 
  of 200 questions are asked in this exam.Out of 
  which 180 questions are compulsory to 
  answer.
  NEET exam is conducted on the basis of                following, 
  four subjects
  -Physics
  -Chemistry
  -Zoology
  -Botany

4) BDS Course Fee:-

•Average fee of BDS course ranges from 
  one lakh to six lakh per annum, we see                  different fees for each college.
•In a private college you will have to pay a 
  little more fee but in a government college 
  you will have to pay a little less fee for this
  course as compared to a private college.
•You can check the fees of each college by 
  going to their website and then you can 
  apply for that college.

5) Syllabus of BDS Course:-

                       BDS course is a total of five years in which there are four years of classroom classes and one year of internship The four year course is divided into atotal of eight semesters 
in the syllabus of this course, all the main 
subjects,optional subjects and practical subjects are taught,

6) Job opportunities available to students after completion of BDS course:-
A student who completes BDS course can 
  work as a doctor in any dental hospital
If you have worked as a dentist for a few
  years, you can get a job as a teacher in 
  any dental college.
After completion of BDS course you can 
  also apply for govt jobs you can get govt 
  jobs by clearing many exams some of them 
  are important exams,Union Public Service            Commission ,Staff Selection Commission ,
  State Public Service Commission.
Also students who complete the PDF can 
  work as Dental Officers in Navy and Air Force.
Students who complete BDS can work as              dentist doctors in army hospitals.
